Journal Entry 2025-04-30

Today I fully setup the neovim and zsh within my dev servers and was able to write out some code. I gain some additional familiarity about how telescope work and also how to integrate and use it within neovim. I also learned about pbcopy and pbpaste which can be used as clipboard sharing logic when using eternal terminal. In order to perform this, you will need to connect to your dev server with reverse port forward of port. On the client machine, you will need a service running to take the received paste and paste it to the clipboard. On the server machine, we need to setup the nc to output yank or tmux copy to the designated port used for the reverse forwarding.

I continue to take morning walk before beginning to work and it help me stay less stressed throughout the day. However, due to the late sleep time yesterday. The overall productivity level is somewhat low today. I did go out and ran 3k today and hopefully will help get better sleep than yesterday. Will sleep extra early today and wake up early tomorrow. Also will attempt to not use any electronic devices 30 minute before sleep and have no disruption during sleeping. The overall energy level and stress is highly dependent on the sleep.
