What happened today?
Today I went to the matress shop and looked at the mattress for the new place. It is quite interesting to see all the mattress type and finally feel the difference between latex and memory foam. Overall the pocketed coil feel very sturdy but the firm latex still feel soft overall. I also went to see a near by lake to view the surrounding areas. It will a good change of pace.
What did you learn today?
Today I learned about the navigation meshes and how to construct a navigation mesh by generating triangle using the obstacle plus some offset and generating a variation of triangle that do not intersect with other obstacles. After that, we will merge the triangles into polygon until no additional merge can occur. We also need to ensure there isn’t any generation of non-convex polygon as it would mean violation of the traversible principle. I also learned that cooking salmon in the oven in one go without flipping yield better browning and overall better flavor.
What contributed to your growth today?
Today I looked at some new materials regarding the server setup and also regarding esp home for automation of the smart home items like smart light and other products.
What prevent your growth today?
I think it would be better if I have another laptop so I won’t be blocked and required to do research on the tablet while laptop is being used.
